We offer free USPS Priority domestic shipping on purchases of $175.00 or more.
The shipping rates for purchases under $175.00 is $9.95 and we will contact you for oversized or heavy items.

International orders can be shipped via one of the options available at checkout. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout and will depend on the service selected, urgency of delivery and final destination of the purchased item.

Once your order has been placed, please allow 1-2 business days (except Made to Order items) for your order to be processed. A confirmation e-mail with the tracking number will be sent to your e-mail address. Items purchased are processed during standard business hours (Monday - Friday). Purchases made on weekends and Public Holidays will be processed the next business day. You will be notified of any shipping delay by email Once an order is placed, changes and cancellations cannot be made.

Please note that Island Girl Miami charges state sales taxes on orders in the following states: Wisconsin, Washington, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Nevada, Nebraska, Michigan, Maryland, Louisiana, Kentucky, Kansas, Indiana, Illinois, Georgia, Colorado, California, Arkansas, and New York.

These collected taxes are mandated by the local state governments and Island Girl Miami in no way benefits from this and directly pays this amount collected to the state.

Your order will be shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) from our warehouse in Florida (United States). This means that these fees are not included in the price of your purchase on our website. Therefore, you may incur duties, fees and import taxes upon delivery. This charge is determined by your local customs authority and must be paid to your local carrier or government in order to receive your order. These fees are not collected by Island Girl Miami.

Please note that if your order is shipped with DHL Express, DHL will pay on your behalf for any duties and taxes, as soon they enter the country. This simple process ensures that the courier can deliver your package in shortest possible transit time. On some occasions, you may receive an invoice from DHL after the delivery of goods, for the charges they have paid on your behalf at the destination, plus a small administration fee. As we are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be, we recommend to contact your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country.

If duties and taxes are not paid for by the customer and there is a refusal upon delivery, customers will not be reimbursed for their order.

REFUSING A SHIPMENT: If you refuse a shipment from Island Girl Miami or refuse to pay any duties and taxes, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Island Girl Miami. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. Island Girl Miami will not cover any duties and taxes charge that may occur.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of your order. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us at info@islandgirlmiami.com as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so.

Extra Shipping Charges: If you upgraded your shipping and the package was returned to us due to an incorrect address and if you would like a refund, you will not be reimbursed for the upgraded shipping fees.

All of our shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact us at info@islandgirlmiami.com. Also, please contact couriers at numbers in order to investigate this issue.

We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address. We also encourage customers to opt-in for package insurance. If you are interested please contact us and will give you a quote. If you have previously experienced lost or stolen packages where you reside, we encourage you to instead have your package delivered to a work address to ensure that you receive it safe and sound.

We do ship to military addresses. All mail is shipped via USPS to a military base who is then responsible for delivering the package to your final destination. For military orders, delivery times can be upwards of 15-20 business days.
