Once your order has been placed, please allow 1-2 business days (except made to order items) for your order to be processed.
Once an order has been placed through our website it cannot be changed or cancelled. This means that no further changes can be made to your order once processed including but not limited to: removing and/or adding items to your order, combining orders, adding promotional codes or cancelling your order.
Island Girl Miami does not offer exchanges for merchandise purchases on our website. If you are looking for a different size and/or color for a full priced item already purchased please contact us at info@islandgirlmiami.com and provide your order number. Once the request has been reviewed and verified a return label will be sent to you. A return shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your online store credit to cover the cost of traceable returns label and also allow our logistics team to have full visibility of your return during its journey back to our warehouse.
